We are pleased to advise that we are harnessing digital technology to make signing forms for our clients easier. Called RightSignature, this online tool requires no software download or installation, and can be accessed from both mobile devices and computers.

Where possible we will be utilising this online tool for our clients with email access. If you receive an email from RightSignature on behalf of McConachie Stedman, please direct any queries or concerns to your accountant, advisor or financial planner.

Electronic signatures processed through RightSignature are legally binding and once signed, they will be saved in the client portal for your ongoing reference.

RightSignature documents contain a number of security features to help keep your details secure including, tamper-proof audit logs, bank-level data encryption and a multi-factor signer authentication.

There is also no need to have an account with RightSignature – we can send documents to you via email whether or not you already have an account.
